Yes there is a minimum age required ((Which you would know if you read the ToS and since you agreed to follow it, one would presume you did)) and by your words and actions I have serious doubts you are even close to the age of 17.

Like I said I am denying this for now. Your best course of action at this time is to stop making a bigger fool out of yourself and play via the greylist while I finish conducting the review.
