To succede in Herocraft:
Step 1: Choose a class, either rogue, warrior, caster, or healer, as well as your profession, crafter
Step 2: Join a town. Go on the forums, under official townships, or /ch re in game
Step 3: Level up your class, by killing mobs for the four attack classes and from mining as a crafter. Level up by doing Mob Arenas or finding mobs in the wild, which I recommend because it gets you the moniez also.
Step 4: Spec, acquire lwc, join a guild. And so on and so on, but thats as much as you need to know for now

I would definitely recommend you try to join a town as quickly as possible, because they will help you (or should) to get on your feet faster. Good luck!

Shaddy's Tip: If the random guy you're about to walk past is red with orange sparks; green and looks like a tree; or looks like a seizure and says "DIFFUSE" - Run away very very fast.

Apart from that, hope you get in, and say HC says hello.

Don't want to turn this into a flame war but "hardcore" PVP'ers are people that almost always pvping. Not what you assumed it meant.
