- Previous Bans from other Servers: Got banned from a server once for arguing with a corrupt moderator.
- Referrals: None, but I dont plan to refer to my friends if I like it.
- How did you hear about Herocraft?: I was searching for RP servers in the MC serverlist and this one stood out among the rest.
- Have you voted for Herocraft: Yes, I have.
- Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes I have read them and I do think they are reasonable and necessary to run a server.
- Reason you should be accepted: I do not plan to be an inactive player who lives in the edges of the world in the wilderness. I plan to make connections, join a town or kingdom, and fight or live for a cause. I do want to join the Herocraft community and hopefully help better it.

- Additional Info: At first it does take me a while to get used to new servers. So as to not upset anybody or tread wrongly do to self-ignorance, I will most likely keep to myself and gather information on what happens for the first day or two. I can become stressed easily by thinking over a problem and ways to circumvent it. Although I know it is not a healthy mindset, that same nervousness helps me solve current problems as well as future problems that might happen.
