Bug HealingTotem Won't Go Away

Whenever I summon my healing totem it will heal for the normal time then afterwards the totem will not despawn as well as I am unable to recall the totem. Also whenever I try to summon a new totem it will tell me I'm unable due to the healing totem is still placed. I am using it in a town region so I am unsure if that is affecting this. (Edit: I have still had this issue outside of town as well, I ended up in combat and used the totem in a cave and was unable to recall or summon a new one) Either way it is kind of annoying that if I get in a fight in my town and I place my healing totem I will pretty much be out of the fight afterwards.

Also I recently got the Primal Totem and it is doing the same thing
