This is a little bit of a story. My friend Jacobpanther gave me this account a few months back, Supposedly he got it from another friend who had quit minecraft. You don't have to worry about account safety either, the password has been changed since that incident. I probably should have specified that I didn't know if I had any bans, not that I didn't have any. It just escaped my mind at the time that someone else used to own this account. Sorry!

I am going to give you a chance, BUT I will warn you on one thing. Your account security is your own responsibility. If any one gains access to the account and causes any trouble you will be held accountable. We do not accept the excuse "My friend did it" in a ban appeal.
