Bug /hat eating items

While wearing a chain mail helmet, I used /hat while holding my ice block. The helmet disappeared from my inventory entirely. I then removed the ice from my head to my inventory, to which it also disappeared. Upon relogging, both items are gone.

Always been that way, can it be fixed is the question.

Almost 100% sure it hasn't been that way in the past but hey who knows.

Can say for myself bastion etc. worked fine.

We can't reproduce it - so its a permission error somewhere... op's dont lose items on /hat

Can confirm. If you already wear a /hat or a helmet when using /hat the item that gets replaced disappear permanently.

I agree, I used to be able to cycle hats pretty effectively before.
