Suggestion Harmtouch & Layhands

Kainzo, I saw the post about harm touch and you said that it has a 15 minute cool down because of paladin. I dont understand that because layhands fully heals them were as harmtouch does as much as bolt (not trying to say it should do massive dmg because we are warriors) and requires 10 hp. I just dont see how this is even to paladin's layhands.

And untill level 35+ its the only real skill DK have making it semi hard to level up for some people (caugh* not me)

Why won't harmtouch be changed? I know we have armor as a dreadknight but harmtouch is our only attack skill till level 45.
