You are banned there and your app states that you have no bans. Explain.

If that was your really date of birth you would be 13 there.

First off, I've don't ever recall of being on a server called c.nerd.nu, if I have it must have been when I first got Minecraft, which was long ago. My birth date is not September 9th, like I said it is 4/24/2000.

I never said that your birth date is 9th September. I said that on 9th September 2013 you were 12 years old according to Lord of The Craft app.
Shouldn't you be 13 then if your birth date is 4/24/2000 ?

P.S: In order to get banned for hacking you must download hacks. And I highly doubt that someone would forget that they use them.
Be 100% honest in your app. This would be the last chance to come clean about your age and Ban history.

I am 13 like I said in my application, my date of birth is 4/24/2000, I've used that website before because my friend told me about it and that you can get different classes (it was a class type server) that weren't available to buy, it didn't work, but I don't use hacks to go invisible or any of that, I don't even think you can do that with hacks.

On the application guide it states to be 100% honest. You however failed to list previous bans and to answer simple questions asked of you by your proctor.

Through all the lies we know this:
-You have multiple bans for hacking and have an account on a hacking forums
-You haven't addressed why your age varies on any of those websites

To top it off:
- Name appears on a list of compromised accounts
