Misc Info: Windhelm is a newly formed town based off of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim city. The people are a dedicated bunch, after countless raids and being told we wouldn't succeed, we proved many people wrong. Windhelm is strong and we fight back for what we think is right and for freedom. We do like to RP so Role-Playing is always welcome.​
Region: 100x100 and from bedrock to sky​
Tax Payment Info: Taxes are based on the type of house/plot and must be paid every Monday. (Failure to pay taxes will result in a one week warning, and after that will be eviction). Taxes go to helping the town of Windhelm become a better place while also providing a realistic economy.​
Gold: The town mayor, SIC, and banker will buy gold from town citizens for 8.5c.​

Hello Windhelm! Here on official Herald business.
I'm creating a Town Library with screenshots from each town, and a banner, so new players can look through the Library and put a picture to the name! It'll be a great way to show off your amazing architecture and also to give new users a chance to find the town they wish to join.
What I need from you is:
-A banner representing your town. It needs your town name, images are optional. It can only be 2inches high, 4 inches long.
-A screenshot of your townhall, in default texture pack, with no user interface (use f1).
-Screenshots of your town, anything else you're proud of, or your townmembers in town, also needs to be in default texture pack. You do not need to use f1 for this.

If you could do this, it would be really helpful, and I would appreciate it immensely. Send the pictures to me over a private conversation when ever you can!

  4. Why do you want to join Windhelm? I've been looking around for a town to join. And I found this when I was out exploring, and it looks realy nice.
  5. Other Towns you were part of? None, this will be my first if you accept me.
  6. What class are you? Cleric
  7. Future spec plans (class and profession)? I'm thinking about mastering all the classes required for templar, but I might just stay cleric, not sure. And I'm going to keep beeing a farmer.
  8. How often are you active in game? Depends, but normaly 3-4 hours a day
  9. Are you ok with paying a tax requirement each week? Yes.
  10. Do you have TeamSpeak and a mic? Yes, but I won't be on teamspeak alot since I'm almost always talking to my friends on skype.

  4. Why do you want to join Windhelm? As a former member of Oblivion I couldn't help but notice that Windhelm raided Oblivion a lot. I see that your towns don't really get along very well. Later I was kicked from Oblivion with no warning and lost my stuff. I was pretty mad at Oblivion for that and to make things worse they kicked one of my friends who wasn't even online a lot and had nothing to do with the reason why I got kicked from Oblivion. I have developed a hatred for Oblivion and I would love to be on the side that opposes them. Another reason why I would like to join is I do the MA a lot and I find myself with a lot of Windhelm members and we function well together. I would love to be in the same town with the people that I do the MA with frequently.
