Taking into account English is not your first language, I feel that Durotar is not the right town for you at the moment. Although feel free to reapply within a couple of weeks and hopefully my opinion may have changed on you. I will keep an eye out for you.

First Payment of Taxes will be 09/11/2012. If you miss payments for two consecutive weeks you will be asked to leave the town. 25 coins is a mere some of money as it is 1 1/2 day of voting. If you have a valid reason why you couldn't pay for example being ill you will be excused.
