- DO NOT open chests or enter houses that are not yours (without permission).
- DO NOT reveal the location of DemonsWood to ANYONE without the Council's permission.
- Do not allow outsiders inside DemonWood's walls without permission from the Council or a Veteran!

- Don't trash the town bank with personal items. Only things that we actually need! Consult the Council.
- Cover chests and doors with dirt blocks.
- Claiming of community property is illegal - sharing is caring.
Example: claiming the public sugarcane farm for your personal use.
- Obey all council requests and demands!!! WE WANT TO HELP YOU!
- Don't ask for Council / Veteran position.
- Be smart. Use common sense and logical reasoning.
- Report any problems or concerns to globjako2. He's glad to help with anything you need.

Taxes*
Taxes: 30c per week due by Sunday. Take a screenshot of your payment with F2. Pay taxes with /tb deposit money 30
Failure to pay taxes two weeks in a row will result in an automatic kick from town and loss of ownership of all items as payment for the missed taxes.

If you can't earn coin, you can always mine, and sell gold at spawn. You can also vote at HC.TO/VOTE

Unexplained inactivity for one week results in loss of plot and transfer to the apartments without refund of plot payment.
Unexplained inactivity for two weeks results in loss of membership to town and all items left in town.
