I just want to offer you a tip of the hat for using the correct declination of the Latin adjective for "high." Given that that your town is Neutral, the Neuter gender was a fitting choice. (-um, -i, -o, -um, -o).

Yet I must also give you a wag of the finger for professing to be Neutral, but declaring that anyone who is not an Ally is an Enemy. Seems a bit aggro, but to each his own!

By that i mean keep an eye on people. We don't kill low levels unless they kill our low levels. So kinda leaves us as neutral. Plus the fact we recruit newbies.
