Hamachi Bugs?

I've heard that there is a teamspeak for this server, and I wanted to know if teamspeak HAS to use Hamachi or not, because I have had many problems on my computer concerning Hamachi being the Default Gate IP for the Internet, causing sometimes to have connection to my IP network, but not to the Internet itself. Is there another Hamachi-type program that works well and I can use teamspeak with it?

From my knowledge, I don't believe TS has to use Hamachi.

Hamachi is mostly used by people that have no idea how to configure their modem/router.
