@Admins I once had a sparkly name and now I do not, but I cannot for the life of me remember what it was given for. If you could assist with jogging my memory and perhaps add the sparkle (a favorite color of mine), I would be much appreciative!

All tier 9's have them, but with you being on rules council the color of your name is different
