Bug Geomancer Suffocate

Geomancer's level 1 skill, suffocate, will automatically get used on the caster if there are no other targets, dealing damage and silencing. When leveling in a PvP off dungeon I was also able to hit my party members with the skill, dealing damage and silencing.

This was fixed last night.

Should have elaborated, the CODE is already fixed, no need to comment further on it. The bug will be around until next patch.
