[General] Make leveling through hunting viable and other ideas

Apparently they've just boosted HP, mob attack power, and mob xp. Maybe the situation has improved?

I don't know. The boost in HP and attack power of mobs just makes it even harder to kill. And I have asked around and most people say they speced when mobs were unbuffed. Also, most of the specced community are veterans who have played since maps before this one.
