Suggestion [Forum] Double post problems for Proctors.

Hey there @Kainzo, @Apherdite and the forum development team, (Or anybody else who needs to be tagged)

This morning I was having a few difficulties regarding whitelisting when I kept getting double posted, this is a very large inconvenience to us Proctors as we can't start reviewing an application with a "Reviewing" message as, straight when we start a response it gets linked into that message.

I am not very good at explaining things so here is an example:

As you see, my post got linked with my first message, this will result in aesthetic problems as well as it might not notify the applicant.

I am not quite sure how you/we can fix this, I have tried posting on other applications then returning, but there is no way that I can see for this to be fixed without scrapping the Double post feature. I am not sure if this Double post feature is new or if it as always been there, but I have only noticed this today.

You can still tag the app (as you should be doing). Also, there's various settings we can use to adjust this. we'll see what we can do.

Because I post a single [Reviewing] message then my follow up message tagging them with all the questions/information and it still adds it to the first message.
