I assume your going to world edit the projects to the location on judge day.

A suggestion!
Make the region area slightly larger(the build will be restricted to the 19x19x19), 3 spaces bigger(room to move around), make a cube with lighting (or have the team light up their own space) for work inside, the player will be able to access (say a door(lwc which all team members can be placed on)).
This way the team can work inside, in peace, no mobs, no grief, no attacks, then the cubed wall can be removed to show off after completion!

There's a desert area I've got in mind with an HG not too far from it. Players will build their creations on-site, not have it WE'd to the location, but an HG and a region of no-pvp at the build-site would be favorites. Honestly, Chief, since you have admin powers, it would probably make the most sense if you made the area and HG to it, since you'd also be doing the regions in theory.

It's now Tuesday, and we've had exactly 2 teams register, and of those teams, only two people paid. I've seen a lot of "Oh, that's interesting!" and similar replies, but without some serious commitment to the contest, it will be canceled. If y'all want this thing to actually happen, I suggest you register. If our numbers are this lackluster by the weekend, I'll cancel the contest and refund the money to the players involved. So if you just biding your time, the time to act is now or never. Please don't let our first attempt at a contest that doesn't involve PVP to be a complete failure. Thank you.

20x20 is really small for a computer to fit inside
and there is more than 1 winner.... since the prize list looks really good.
