Reason you should you be accepted: i am a great guy to play with, i dont try to start any drama; and i love the whole idea of how this server is run, especially how in order to get into the whitelist its not as simple as posting in a thread asking to let you play, that system resulted in too many griefers.
6. Additional info: im a long time player of minecraft , i played there since early beta and its actually the only game i ever play on for more than a week or two. point is i would really like to play on this server and im someone you can trust to follow server rules/be a dedicated player.

I assumed you had to be 18 to sign up on this website, like most on the internet(Or it restricts access). I am 16

I do not own any alts, although mcbans at one point said I did, I contacted them and got it fixed. (I had lost control of my account at one point. I have been staff on a friends small server, with only 10 or so regulars.

So you don't own the actual Minecraft account "faylintang12" then? Could you also explain how you lost control of your account too please. No, if anything you only need to be 13+ on here to legally accept the ToS to play.

I own the account, it is mine, my friend took it since I stopped playing MC at one point. I have it back and a secure password is on it.

So that means you own both Minecraft accounts: "Faylintang" and "faylintang12" correct? Final questions, why'd you get a new Minecraft account? (which one is the older Minecraft account?) and did your friend ever get banned on the faylintang12 account?

No, just faylintang12.... I didn't ever get a new one, I don't know if he got banned...

Alright, on your application you had put down "Faylintang" originally so that lead me to believe you had the two accounts, a mistake on your behalf. In saying that, you have multiple offenses against your Minecraft account regardless if you or your friend was at fault - You are the owner and therefore hold sole responsibility over the account. The offenses are as follows:

• Offense 1 ("Griefing lb confirmed" which was issued on the 12-02-2012)
• Offense 2 ("Grief, Spam, And Hacked Accounts" which was issued on the 29-01-2012)
• Offense 3 ("Block Spam" issued on 21-01-2012)
• Offense 4 (Issued Bans Tab > CTRL+F/5th on the list - "Ban Evasion" issued on the 26-01-2012)
• Offense 5 (Your profile on this Minecraft website states you are "Permanently Banned" on the last server on the list as well as the Global Rep. box saying so)

Finally of great importance, on MCBouncer there has been a note created about you here, on the 20-01-2012 stating "has client with hacks. Was kicked from game. Expect to grief". With that said, you will be with no doubt, be declined and won't be allowed to play here on Herocraft. You were given an ample amount of time to be honest with me but you chose not to. Good luck finding another server, especially with that record against you.

You'd expect a long time member to be able to accepted on our whitelist even with bans. Atleast to know our basic ToS statements and required age.
