Hello all, has some might know im Chef Barral, i like to cook. And to keep my kitchen full of food, i need materials, sugar, bread, milk, all those kinds of stuff. So i need to farm a lot!And i spend much of my time growing crops,cutting them down, and plant them again! Because of my food hungry friends, i spend much of my day on this routine, so there is not much time to mine or raiding. So what do i mean with all this? i think that crops should give some XP, reeds not that much because its easy, but like 1 xp for each 1 would be nice! a total of 3 exp per plant, and to wheat something like 5 wouldnt be asking for too much, because it kinda gives some work to make it grow 
This way i could level up while iI work has cook to my city. Milking a cow, baking a cake, all this could give some XP rewards , that would incentivate people to grow, and be naturalists
