The mobs in my area are moving very slow all mobs first noticed it with a spider as they tend to be a little more fast but this one was moving and seemed to move like almost a slow pulsating manner as if it were moving once every .5 seconds and only inching its way towards me. All the other mobs were moving at a simular pace i was able to move through the mobs easily. Also the skeletons shot at slower intervals as well.
