Bug extortioners skills

I lvl atm the new class extortioner, and yet 2 skills arent working

the lvl 20 skill flash:
No matter how I try to use it, like directly in chat with /hero skill flash, or with macros mod, it just says in the chat "Your class has not the skill FlashFire"...
the lvl 25 skill bloodthirst:
its a passive, and if a enemy is on 20% of their hp or lower u should get a speed boost
there is no speed boost at all, I tested it on mobs and on players

Bloodthirst is a strictly PvP skill, shouldn't work on mobs.

I should add that I tested every skill extensively on Conquest and assumed they worked because they all did there, but it's entirely possible that Heroes changes may have messed something up between MC1.8 (the version Conquest skills were written in) and 1.11.

As I've stated both ingame and on the Discord - the issue with Flash/FlashFIre is that FlashFire also possessed an identifier (alias) of "skill flash". This has been removed and should work next patch.
