Overall it will seem easier through levels 1-40 then 45 and up will be harder to accomplish you can read about it in the staff meeting, a lot of changed can be seen on there and things being considered. I just looked at it.

Only thing I dislike all the rl money spent on exp boost for mastering t1 to t2 was kinda wasted now that we have to remaster t1 to get back to our previous mastered t2. Will we have anything to compensate for that...

If you have a T2 you stay T2. Levels will change but you won't unspec
