For PVPers:
From Friday to Sunday evening, Permanent Elo is suspended and everyone starts with 0 Temporary Elo.
The Slaughter commences.
At the end, the Top 1-3 gets loots and riches, possibly a title, or enchanted weapons, or a single free re-spec to a class of their choice.
For PVEers:
A themed building (castles? spire/gy? statues? free-form with a size limit?) competition on Shrine, winners are picked by Admins and Architects, and the winner can be granted loot like being an Architect and be allowed to help craft the server's builds under Architects, titles, or a /pet sheep color of their choice (or something else that would be the PVE equivalent of an enchanted weapon).
If we had some sort of mini-version of this once every month or two, or even just a Friday in which some structured event/thing happened, it would cultivate interest in the server among the playerbase and new players alike.
ps. If we have to do it ourselves, without staff, then we must rely on innovators like @tdfootball6 to continue holding their own mini pvp events.
