Dang than the weaker players will have a fun time battling out the higher lvl players at spawn and being killed

Drops do not scale.

You can submit the petition any time you like, the time is just when the event ends. It's easier to just create one big petition for when you're finished so that there isn't constant petitions every 20 presents.

I love this kind of events - really well thought out, custom items included etc. Seems like a ton of fun.

It would be cool if there were more events like this for holidays where there is a special drop added and you collect them for custom limited edition items
