Resolved error when attempting to reply to any conversation on forum

I've done the usual, restart browser/pc clear temp files/cookies and so forth

it appears to be related to the forum, as I have reproduced the error on several devices

I believe the forums are having some issues, main page is goofed too. It's nothing on your end.
