It's the buyer's gamble. If you end up buying it you won't know wether it's worth your money or not till you use it. You can sell anything but it's your duty as a buyer to determine whether it is worth the risk or not.

@c12095 I did some research, I'm fairly confident the Spawn egg creates an Enderdragon.

It's a hacked item obtained through entering some odd data value. Which would mean it's the ultimate raid tool, which makes sense (that an egg would be given) since Kainzo just buffed enderdragons.
