Bug Enchantment bug

I can't seem to enchant bows for my friends. I'm a caster, but also a lvl 22 enchanter. According to /skills enchanter I should be able to enchant - and am able to enchant my iron pick axes, but not bows. I should be able to put infinity and/or punch on the bows starting at level 10.

What is it doing to prevent you from enchanting them?
Can you not place the bow into the square, or even if you click it nothing happens?

When I drop the bow into the square I see the glyphs and 'levels' required on the right, but when I click on them nothing happens, I've tried removing and replacing, and choosing all of the different number and glyph combinations but I have not once been able to get an enchantment on the bow.

Does it say "Enchantment failed"?

It does not - there is no message and no action taken on the bow.

I did a couple times when I was enchanter. Most was due to lag, simple fix is just spam clicking the glyph.
