Suggestion enchanting idea

my idea is to rework enchanting, make it diferent from default minecraft where it takes away exp, make it slightly like WoW. My idea is to add an enchanting plugin and write out permission skills to use certain enchant commands, while consuming reagents.

ie: person becomes lv 1 enchanter, they have choice of lets say 2 enchants to start off with. these enchants will be low level, and usually unused because of the low level, such as unbreaking I, or efficiency I. these will consume diferent reagents based on the enchant, like unbreaking I would consume a decent amount of stone or something else sturdy. the efficiency I would consume something that would sharpen the pick or axe and maybe consume a decent amount of gravel/flint.

these enchants would give exp everytime you use them, and the more you level up the more enchants become available. later on, IE level 60, you may get sharpness 4 or something really rare/valuable/expensive. this enchant would consume rare materials that only alchemists can make, or even a rare item like a nether star for silk touch or something, which would give more value to the item, and make alchemists more useful

OR instead of using another plugin, you could alternatively make new skills ;)

EDIT: updated and added lists. If possible, make lesser enchants give less exp at higher levels.

I like your idea on what a enchanter should do but how about this also with the soon to be added diablo drop system the enchantments could go on a progressive system

Start with a power level 1 Bow and over time in using it like how the player gradually levels up the weapon levels up with him

the idea may not be able currently but its still a good idea
