Suggestion Enchanters Shops

Enchanters should be able to set up shops and sell their enchants. putting the ability at level 55 or even 60, give people more of a reason to go enchanter. plus also it adds to the market in adding competition between all the shop owners.

I like this idea, but I thought I heard at one point that you can't limit chest shops to JUST enchanted items. You would have to allow enchanters to sell all weapons, armor, tools, etc.
