Suggestion Enable Some New decorative Blocks

From what i can tell the following are disabled or have no permissions (possibly more)
Nether Wart Block
Bone Block
Red Nether Brick

its highly likely there is more that i don't know about. but can we see about getting these added? more so since they cant be abused.
