There is never an excuse for breaking server rules. The gmute will be lifted but a O mute will stay until you can prove you can act a properly.

Your Story:I don't hack and I don't use alternate accounts so I don't understand why I got banned.
Do you have proof for this?
I don't use hack clients and I play on ONE account this is stupid how I got banned for what I know has no reason for.
