Bug Dungeon PVP

The Dungeon by Indar is on the PVP side of the map, but pvp is turned off there.

That's stupid, if it's on the PVP side of the map then it should be PVP.
@Alator said he saw nothing causing the no-pvp area and told me to bug report it.

Odd. All dungeons are no PvP ATM. I know there are supposed to be PvP-On dungeons with better loot/harder mobs but who knows?

Me and a towny fought a couple people in a dungeon earlier today. They're definitely not all PvP-Off unless the one we were at was bugged.

It was probably not regioned, if a dungeon is not regioned it will not be pvp-off
