Suggestion Dreadknight HarmTouch Reduce Cooldown

I think the skill HarmTouch for the class Dreadknight needs a reduced cool down. 15 minutes seems a little long when wizards have skills that do more damage and don't require health to be withdrawn from the caster and don't take that long to cool down. I think at the most the cool down should be at the most 5 minutes.

Although this is very short blunt and not very well displayed, I agree. I often compare Harmtouch to its counterpart Layhands. 200 dark damage versus a possible 1300 health heal on a built right paladin, or any other class. Same cooldown, up to 1100 health difference. Harmtouch used to be the nuke of the server now its not even remotely feared. I don't mind the cooldown but I want bang for my buck or damage for my cooldown.

Dreadknights have a lot more health than Wizards, it's cool down shouldn't be 15 mins I feel 10 minutes would be sufficient.

Lowering the cool down makes little to sense, it is a nuke skill that shouldn't be used often, either way most fights don't last 5-15 minutes for another use. Its the damage is whatt needs to be changed, Most wizards have 880+ health.
