Drain Soul Nerfed?

I noticed today drainsoul now heals for 5hp instead of the 10 it normallly does. Im sure it has something to do with balance with giving bloodmages it as a starting skill. but as a necromancer we get rewarded this skill at lvl 30. can we atleast get it replaced with something new if not fixed cause for half the mana i can just throw a fireball, and still regen that 5hp from having food in my belly in the 10sec cooldown drainsoul has. also... does anyone actually play bloodmage?

That's true Necro's Drain Soul should give 10hp. 5 seems stupidly weak for the amount of mana it costs.
