But for every sPec could have a strong mount for examPle a dragon. But hopefully spout gives us the ability to get other mounts. Like warrior specs can get a dragon casters get tp. Rogues get horses. Crafters get cars or something like that.

Sorry, but no.

I'm saying that something like that would take up for other classes wanting a mount anyways. We could just have the dragons ssuper strong and it would be group attacks on them it would be awesome kinda like skyrim

STOP STOP STOP. You guys have misinterpreted the term Dragoon.

Our Dragoon is based on the final fantasy one, which has almost no (tenuous at best) connection to the real world dragoons. The Fantasy Dragoon is a hunter of dragons. Not an 18th century cavarly man.

They use long spears to kill dragons, use jump to stab them in midair, charge to get the momentum needed to pierce the thick hide.

That is the dragoon Kainzo and co. chose to use, which again, has no relation to an 18th century cavalryman.

Thank you, that is all.

Wiki also says that their name may come from the name of an early firearm the French dragoons used. There's your connection to smoke and fire.

Pretty interesting stuff actually- there's a tie to Swiss pikemen, and here and there different dragoons are mentioned as being armed with spears. So the FF team didn't just pull that out of their backends. Which is cool. Since discovering that, gunplay stuff has hovered on the very edge of my radar for Dragoon skills, haha.

So the FF team
^

Ours is based on theirs, theirs is based on real dragoons. Nothing wrong with a little source material, I should think. Kain in FFIV could use axes and swords as well, and some real dragoons had sabers and hatchets.

So weird, I was arguing about this with myself during Gym the other day.

But yeah, summoning a dragon would be a "bit" OP, so maybe it would be a small explosion, as the dragons destroy blocks, with a smaller AoE flame, as dragons use fire. This would probably use an Eye of Ender, since that is what it takes to get to The End, so would make sense when summoning one.

btw dragoon tech has nothing to do with a dragon

The word dragoon originally meant mounted infantry, who were trained in horse riding as well as infantry fighting skills. However, usage altered over time and during the 18th century, dragoons evolved into conventional light cavalry units and personnel. Dragoon regiments were established in most European armies during the late 17th century and early 18th century.

That is real life. Are there geomancers in real life? No. I was reffering to the final fantasy wiki.

Have you even ever looked at the herocraft wiki definition of dragoon?

The Dragoon is a Specialty class from the Warrior Path. There were eager souls, wishing to take the battle to the enemy rather than wait for the blows to come. They would leap into battle, using sharpened spears to gouge and slash at their targets. These became the first Dragoons, warriors adept at pouncing from a distance, and bursts of speed to close distances with the opposition. They are the first to engage any fight, and beg a well known phrase to be altered to: "Look before THEY leap".
