Downloading texture pack freezes!

I have tried to relog several times and it doesn't work.

I can see the chat and movement, it's not game crashing, it's download. Any help?

Patience, I have the same issue and after a few moments it clears up and resumes just fine

I think we may reduce the texture pack from a 32x32 to vanilla standard size. It may remove this issue - I find it somewhat annoying, tbh.

I re-installed minecraft and now it works. This looks really cool
