Now in either case, thats not the entire reason for any ban - there's generally very good underlining reasons that we, the staff, do not need to release publicly.

Quit it, before you get yourself in trouble, Howdan. They clearly have their reasons to ban EpicPoodle, so just drop it, okay? It's over, there's nothing you can do but make it worse by arguing over nothing. Obviously, when I saw he was perma-banned, I gave a sigh of relief, because a player who obeys the rules, does not get repeatedly banned for these offenses. I know you're probably thinking it's because he attacked a town I am affiliated with, but honestly, the thing that bothered me was the fact I witnessed him exploiting regions to get into our town, by logging out and in, to glitch underground and basically teleport to the surface.

There was clear proof to support it too, and I thought it was equitable to permanently ban him on the spot because of his previous bans. Apherdite was doing Poodle a favor by giving him another chance. I'm actually surprised.... It might've been the only time I've seen leniency from the staff.

If he didn't learn his lesson, after all these temporary bans... Why should the staff let him back in? I know after I was temporarily banned, way back when, I learned my lesson, and realized the Herocraft staff is NOT to be tested. It seems like whenever he is temp-banned for something, he comes back and breaks another rule, whether it be griefing, spamming, exploiting, killing in NO-PVP, etc. As a person, I didn't have a problem with the guy, but he doesn't have much going for him because of all the rule breaking.

It was listed before the wiki, I'm not sure why it wasn't transferred over. I'm going to try and revise the rules section of the wiki this weekend.

Either way, it doesn't matter. For one, keep this thread on topic. Secondly, I have yet to see any persuasive or valid evidence to support any sort of appeal for Epic. Hence, why this thread was locked to begin with. There is none. I would suggest making new friends.

I don't see why this is such an issue, dan. People keep repeating, over and over, multiple reasons for bans. You defended the group TPing and racial slurs one. To the "it was binded to a key", how the hell is that an excuse? Who would want someone on the server that has racial slurs binded to they're keyboard so that they can easily yell them at people?

You also never tried to defend the greifing. That alone is enough to ban someone, I say. And he greifed multiple times. Is that not a good reason for banning, Dan? Greifing is OK with you?

Also, killing players in pvp off zones. Would you be all happy and cool if I came to Shiroku and killed your members in the town hall? Again, that is worthy of a ban in my opinion.

Alternate account. Clearing bannable and stated. He did it, so he is out. The whole being a douchbag thing, greifing, killing in no pvp zones, if that were all removed, he would still be banned for multiple accounts.

Spamming is a mutable and bannable offense, which he also did. And with the racial slurs that he bound to his keyboard to more easily yell them at people.

PREVIOUS BANS. If you have been banned by the staff, multiple times, why would you continue to break the rules? Why would it ever need to be stated that the next would be perm, when common sense says he was lucky as hell that the first one wasn't a perma ban? Or the second? Or the THIRD?

And a teamspeak ban? I don't even know what happened with that, but what the hell.

It has come to my attention that EpicPoodle has been permanently banned from Herocraft. I simply do not understand this. When he was banned, the ban message said it was for 'General douchebaggery'. Now since when was being rude/mean to someone a banable offense? Can I go around pe'ing now because someone called me an asshole?

I was also told he was banned because he party teleported people to him and then killed them. I don't understand that. Why would you accept a random party invite from someone? It's their fault for doing that.

Once you got to know EpicPoodle, he was actually a pretty cool guy. I think everyone hated him because of the fact that a few well known/powerful players like staff didn't like them for whatever reason.

I'm only going to say this once; post a ban appeal if YOU were unfairly banned. DO NOT post in defense of another player, especially in a situation like this; this is ridiculous.

No. We've told him multiple times this was his "last chance", there's no point in saying it again. He doesn't care and he clearly just isn't interested in following our rules.

Also, Bargraphics was not initially banned for hacking. He was banned after THREE temp bans for, again, not fitting in with the server. We were later told by one of his close friends that he was a hacker. So... yeah.

Not to mention that EpicPoodle was willing to sell out the friends he came to this server with, just to save his ass from a ban, why are you so interested in keeping him here? Just wanting to "fight the system?"

Also, clearly he just doesn't care, because (as of what I've seen) he hasn't posted a ban appeal...

It seemed pretty well known that EpicPoodle had an alternate account and who that alternate account was. So it's not like he was going to get away with something on that account and have his main account unaffected.

And I don't feel like arguing anymore. I'm fighting an uphill battle and it isn't worth it.
