I want to create a new town, but I don't know how.

I've built a castle and I'm pretty sure I have the start-up cost but it requires admin permissions to create one so I'm guessing I need to apply for it. How do I go about doing this?

First stop is the wiki - go to hc.to/townguide

The HC wiki still needs a lot of info on Towny so refer also to the Towny Wiki which is linked on our wiki page.
