Donating

Hello,

I am going to donate to tier 2 ($10) but I noticed that one the front page, I can now donate in euro's.
If I pay €10, I pay more than when I donate $10, because the dollar is worth €7.60

How does this work, and am I reccomended to pay in USD or in euro's?
