Holy, I didn't realize that regions now go all the way up and all the way down. That's a huge plus if you ask me, I can start to see the light of having materials to get regions.

Well, if we're outlawing glass ceilings and stuff it makes good sense that the region goes all the way up and down. By the same token, it makes sense that so much build space costs as much as it does.
