Bug Death chest didnt spawn

My death chest didn't spawn and none of my items dropped at around 7:35pm utc+12. I lost a music disc stal and my class weapon aswell as my enchanted gold boots and helm. This happened when i died on some wheat.
Note: my minecraft name has been changed to daelopian

It is sometimes like that, if ur deathchest hasnt got enough space, if u r for example on a ladder, when u die, it's shit but u must deal with it

yeah but the shit is supposed to drop onto the ground right? it sometimes doesnt do this idk why

its completely possible for a creeper to blow up items that drop


But thats a completely different thing than items just not dropping at all - cuz that bug exsists and i've seen it hapen multiple times this map
