Ok, so I never really understood why another extra dmg boost for DK was needed. It already does well against melee especially with curse and it deals a lot of dmg against melee and casters.
Before the buff and addition of Darkscythe, the main problem with DK is its mana issues. This was somewhat fixed with Dreadaura costing less mana and overall becoming more efficient since it ticks every 1.5 second. But Decay's mana was upped to 100. Darkscythe currently doesn't even work, so that's one less damage skill for DK(Decay isn't even worth using unless it's a kiting class now).
So I suggest changing Darkscythe to something like Blooddrinker,
"Darkscythe: Your attacks cause great fear for the next X seconds and you gain X mana back for every hit."
I'm gonna let Balance Team decide the numbers here, but I guess the skill can be something similar to this.
