Crafters, What works? What doesn't?

Is there a post with a comprehensive list of working crafter abilities and what they do exactly? I know a lot of abilities aren't working properly or are disabled and I would rather not level up to figure it out. Any information is appreciated, thanks!

All of the special and cool engineer ICs like transmitters, repeaters, clocks ect are all broken without any ETA on them being fixed.
