Conquest Resource Pack

Where does the server get the textures from, the ones I download are slightly different and have weird textures for the leaves, they have parts of the texture sticking out of them in all directions making a bush look like a tree.

I believe it is custom. If you want to use it:

Go to your .minecraft and look for the folder named sever-resource-packs

You can copy and paste it from there.

If you use technic:
Go to .technic
Modpacks
Heromodpack
server-resource-pack

What do I do with that file though? It only gives a single file instead of a whole directory that texture packs usually come as. Is it the same as making a custom texture pack?

It should be a zip file.
Just put that in your resourcepack folder. Minecraft can read .zips

Hmm, not showing up. Just to check, you re referring to the normal resource pack folder for all servers/worlds, correct?

If you just see a file, rename it so it ends in .zip

Oh okay thanks, it was legacy_HeroConquestzip, not .zip lol

The server resource pack had some graphical weirdness to i just found the actual conquest pack and use that for the server. i alos found a 3d models that goes along with that pack (its a fps killer even with optifine and a decent pc)
