It is not your place to criticize staff and how we manage the server. If you're banned, we have a good reason for doing so. You will be unbanned in three days. Also,
"I would also like to know the reason why I was banned."

This was done in the most professional of manners and every protocol was followed. The staff is doing their job. You have no right to call out an individual staff member for following the process that the founders and admins have laid out for them. We do not tolerate bias in the staff and have demoted people because of this in the past. Mods have to go through Admins to receive ban approval, so please don't point fingers at any one person.
