As I said in the other thread with the similar Minecraft account, this is similar to the one here. I don't know if you are the same person (yet) or you could be siblings, friends or whatever but I ask that you please explain?

During a background check, I happened to find that you have used hacked clients and taken an interest too them (here with your comment in the comment section stating "I spamed but it says im muted but I still got banned" and here). Behaviour and usage of this on Herocraft is strictly prohibited, it may be the case on your side where you say that you'll make sure you never use them or you'd delete it etc. but how do we know that you legit will?

What happens if in future you don't and end up being banned because you accidentally typed up a command or pressed a button? Tell me in your next response why I should let you in and we'll take it from there.

Also, I found this, where you have applied with the age of 14 (this was on 8th of July, 2011), why did you choose to lie about your age?

I did not remember about that ban that was awhile ago and I am not going to attempt to deny It. The video posted on Youtube was taken on my friends server and I do not use hacked clients anymore.

The video where you commented was done around Sept. 2011 from memory but the video you posted of yourself using hacks was in Dec. 2011, that wasn't too long ago. How do I exactly know you won't? I could make a concession but why should I bother, especially if you do end up being banned anyway?

I never continued the issue of you necessarily being the same person, I'm now onto both your previous bans.

I promise you I will not use hacked clients or mods of any type on Herocraft or any server for that matter I have stopped using them and when I did they for personal use and on friends servers.

After lengthy consideration, I have decided to decline you. The critical factor here obviously, was your interest and usage of hacked clients which is a severe offense that many servers would agree, an outright decline to joining. It doesn't matter if you don't use it anymore or had used them even 10 years ago, the point is you did and even openly recorded yourself using them with how many hack options applied (as seen on your video).

To me, if you wanted to do such things, why not use the equivalent on singleplayer creative or at least on multiplayer - But it's clear you wanted to use it for unfair advantage anyway. If you believed you would of been able to be accepted on this quality server that holds high standards, then you were wrong, things like these aren't tolerated, maybe if you had a few minor griefs here and there but that isn't the case.
