Suggestion Concrete Kingdom Requirements

Hello, all. Given the progress of a few kingdoms on the map, I think that we should solidify what warrants a kingdom, and how it should be done. If I'm not mistaken, it was 100,000c last map paid to an admin, but that could be around 75,000c this map or something of the sort, given the extensive capital requirements in money and materials.

Kingdom Composition:
- 1 Capital
- 2 Towns*, or 1 Town 1 City, or 2 Cities

*Not Hamlets!

Why not hamlets? You have already used up around 700 diamond blocks on getting your main town to Huge, why must you waste more diamonds and money?

Because hamlets are disproportional and that upgraded secondary towns show that people are active/willing to work and contribute across the kingdom. Towns also show that the kingdom is more well prepared to handle increased taxes all around. Also, so you can't have 1 person dummy towns.

Also, it seems like you're taking town progression in a linear manner. It's not just "let's zerg to capital then pop up two hamlets and boom we're done," it should be more of a nod towards "let's spread out the work and come down for the finale." Graphically speaking, think of it like a right side up triangle, not like an upside down triangle.

Why cant we just get one town to Huge and have two small hamlets pop up? It takes about the same amount of time and if a town has a lot of members the other towns would also have a decent amount of members. Why does being prepared for taxes matter as a requirement for Kingdom? (playing devils advocate)

It clearly doesn't take as much time, since you'd need to turn the hamlets into towns. It doesn't take away from the strategy of getting one huge town, and then branching out, as you stay more focused, and have less taxes to pay, but for a kingdom, it's much more of a group effort than just one town.
