Common plot at Central build ideas

I saw the 12x18x12 proportion of the new Common-sized plots at Central, and thought it would be pretty hard to make a spacious house in it, so I made an attempt at a house that is humble, luxurious, cozy and spacious all at once, whilst fitting into the space AND looking pretty good.
Here's the result!



I suggest others try this too and post the results here!

I gotta say I'm not a fan of the even roof. Rest looks ok. I'm not sure how good it would look in default though.
This is a gripe I have with most of the plots since they're even in length. If you go look @ creative plotme servers small plots are usually odd in length/width. That is in my opinion due to the fact that's it's way easier to make a nice roof that's odd in width rather than even.
