  • Previous Bans (Includes other servers):I am banned on 3 servers 2 for greifing and 1 for hacking.I did deserve two of these bans.I never hack never will.I am not quite sure why I was banned for hacking.I did grief on those two servers but most of the time it was because somebody greifed me first but now I am completely done with griefing and even if somebody griefed me I will just report it instead of getting revenge.I regret griefing.

I never see anybody else asked when their bans occur why me?Anyway I belive they occured a little while ago I really can't keep track of dates well.*HCC14 I just made a typo I did read the rules.

I never said you read the rules or not, I am requesting you correct it.

Other Proctors ask when bans have occurred on people and if you really want to start in again, I can show you the thread where they have.

Ya I was doing that because my home was greifed and I was ready to quit I know that I could get banned for that though I was just trying to quit the server and go out with a bang.I was joking about it though.

And for the third time, when did your bans occur? I am more interested in the hacking ban then any of the other bans. I need more then just "awhile ago".

Ok I am almost certain that the hack one happened about two months ago.I do not hack though.I think the admin may have been paranoid.

Here are my issues with your application. Your application was denied on Tuesday night, you then reapplied on Wednesday and then argued with that denial. You continued to argue in the IRC,whether there was a break down in communication between the two of us or not is moot. Kainzo then banned you in the IRC.

You reapply yesterday in the MCF thread and the Proctor there said it is best to reapply here, which you disagreed with but then agreed to come here. You applied, I responded and went to bed. You were on the IRC this morning questioning why the application was not attended to again.

You disagreed , I disagreed and others joined in and you continued to disagree so I ignored you.

I am concerned you will do nothing but disagree with staff every time they contact you over an issue. You disagreed in this thread with your hacking ban, and then finally said it was possibly two months ago.

From your previous denied application there you mentioned another server you were banned from for hacking ((But did not do so here)), so that shows me two supposedly incorrect bans for hacking. I also found another thread where you were accused of fly hacking, though it never seemed to be proved ((And if it was a joke it was truly immature to joke in that manner)).

By your admission your hacking ban ((Though you disagree with the ban)) was a mere two months ago. You do not seem to have learned anything from this past week, and with the recent hacking ban, I am going to deny this application.

Earlier in the week I tried to explain to you my feelings on when you should reapply, and you again did not listen to a word I said you just argued over the example I was using and you NEVER let me finish my explanation.

I have spoken to a mod in regards to my concern, even though my mind was pretty much made up, and I wanted their input. They seem to agree with the feelings I have.

This application is denied. I do wish you luck on another server, and if the hacking ban was perhaps 6 months old and there was not a constant break down in communication with you ((Ie: the constant disagreement with every word spoken)) I would be more apt to give you the chance you seem to want.

I never disagreed or tried to argue I was more just questioning the input.I was not questioning why the app was not intended to I was talking about it to another player.On mikelands that is what alot of people do is say they hack jokingly if you read some other posts you will see that.Also you told me I should never re-apply that is why I disagreed with you about that but then you just banned me from chat.

You really need to go back and read my post again, as I said Kainzo banned you and you are accusing me of doing it. I do not have Ops powers in the IRC, hell I do not even have voice in the IRC.

Also I admitted to the greifing bans.It is not like I am blaming the servers for everything.Some servers are a little paranoid about hacking and if you do anything even that looks a little suspicious they will auto ban you.I don't disagree with every word people say just question those people because I do not understand why or sometimes on a rare ocasion I will correct the persons mistake.
